About Clarinda on the Park
Set amongst picturesque gardens, Clarinda on the Park is a boutique residence conveniently located opposite Bald Hill Park nestled in the heart of the south eastern suburbs between Oakleigh, Clayton, Dandenong and Springvale where residents and families can enjoy the benefits of outdoor living. The residence has been providing services to the community for over 35 years and is equipped with spacious lounge rooms and an inviting hair salon. In 2022, we opened a new refurbished wing with comfortable single rooms with private ensuites as we continue to provide our community with a high standard of aged care.

Between 8 July and 30 September 2026, enjoy six weeks of respite care for the price of three, giving you and your loved one extra time, support and peace of mind.
- The offer is valid from Wednesday 8 July until Wednesday 30 September 2026.
- Admission to Clarinda on the Park Residential Aged Care Home is subject to a clinical assessment by a qualified member of our residential aged care team, to ensure the home is a suitable fit for an individual’s care needs. Clinical assessment requires review of the National Screening and Assessment Form (NSAF) performed by My Aged Care Assessors, and in some cases, a Care Plan provided from a GP or referring hospital.
- The offer includes three paid weeks of respite and three additional weeks free, with no Basic Daily Fee charged during the six-week period.
- Upfront payment for the first three weeks is required before or on the day of arrival. Payment can be made by credit card or direct transfer.
- Customer must have a valid respite ACAT Assessment (Aged Care Assessment Tool).
- Customers must have at least 42 government-funded respite days remaining from their annual allocation.
- Respite must commence on or before Wednesday 30 September 2026.
- The offer is only available during the promotional period (Wednesday 8 July to Wednesday 30 September 2026) and cannot be used outside these dates.
- The offer is not available to customers whose respite is funded through a third party.
- The offer is not available for emergency respite admissions.
- If a customer remains in respite beyond the six-week promotional period, the applicable Basic Daily Fee will apply from week seven onwards.
- The offer can only be redeemed once per person and is subject to availability.
