Let’s arrange your home visit
This will be the first chance, of many, to get to know each other.
Here are some of the things you can expect when we meet at your home:
- We will ask you to show us around your home so we can assess any safety concerns.
- We look forward to sitting down with you to address all your questions, concerns, preferences.
- Using your ACAS assessment, we will talk through options to maximize your package budget.
- We will take you through our Home Care Agreement to ensure you fully understand our services and mutual obligations.
- Enjoy some more conversation and maybe a cup of tea.
Enter into a Home Care agreement
The government allows you 56 days to sign your Home Care Agreement from the time you are assigned a Package.
A Home Care Agreement is a written agreement between you and us detailing the services you will have access to through Benetas.
During your home visit, we will walk you through the contract and ensure you fully understand what you’re signing up to.
Now, let’s develop your Care Plan
Once you’ve entered into an agreement, we will work together to build you Care Plan.
A Care Plan is a document that outlines your needs, goals and how those needs will be met. It may include an outline of the care and services you'll utilise, what type of Care Management you'll use and other details relating to your ongoing support at home.
