At Benetas, we are proud supporters of the Retirement Living Code of Conduct. That’s why we are committed to delivering high-quality, compliant and sustainable retirement living and care services.
We want to ensure that everyone living in an Benetas community experiences life to its fullest, which is why adhering to industry standards and maintaining high resident satisfaction are priorities for us.
Launched in December 2018, the Code establishes an accepted standard to help operators provide trustworthy and high-quality services to those living in, considering moving to, or departing from a retirement community.
Values and principles
We strive to act with integrity, professionalism and accountability. We comply with all relevant legislation and conduct an annual review of our compliance with the Code to ensure we are consistently working in the best interests of residents and their families.
Handling and resolving complaints
At Benetas, we proactively and respectfully manage complaints made by prospective, current, and former residents of our communities in accordance with the Retirement Villages Act and best practice. Our Complaints & Disputes Policies are designed to ensure that complaints are resolved in a timely manner, with outcomes that are in the best interests of the residents.
In the event that residents wish to escalate their concerns, the third-party process includes the lodgement of complaints with the Code Administrator.
